Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. If you wish to set your own lower deposit limit as part of responsible gaming, you can do so in your account settings at any time.
Withdrawal requests on q98 are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. You may withdraw to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your registered bank account. Withdrawals to a different person's account or wallet are not permitted under any circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, q98 will ask you to verify your identity. This typically involves confirming your name and date of birth against your account details. This is a one-time process and is standard practice for all gaming platforms.

All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where q98 has explicitly offered a cash-out option for that specific market. The availability of cash-out is shown on the bet slip.
Odds are displayed at the time you place your bet and are locked in at that point. For in-play betting, odds update continuously to reflect the current state of the match. q98 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time, including during live events, at its discretion.
In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are significantly incorrect due to a technical issue — q98 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets. Deliberately targeting erroneous odds constitutes unfair play and may result in account suspension.
Where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise does not conclude under normal conditions, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type. These rules are available in the sports betting help section of the platform.
The q98 Game Lobby includes slots, live casino tables and other casino-style games. Cricket Bingo and other bingo formats are available in the bingo section. All casino and bingo games are governed by these terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed before play begins.
Casino and bingo games use a random number generator or live dealer format, depending on the game type. Results are determined independently for each round and previous results have no bearing on future outcomes. q98 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino and bingo games and are displayed within each game. Playing with bonus funds may apply different stake limits as specified in the bonus terms for the relevant promotion.
Game malfunctions — including disconnections, technical errors or software faults during a round — may result in the round being voided and the stake returned. q98 is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated from a round affected by a verified technical fault.

Each promotion has its own specific terms including the eligible games or sports, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions and expiry date. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 5,000 from that bonus before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
Bonuses are intended for individual use only. Using multiple accounts, referring yourself, or coordinating with other players to farm bonuses is considered abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances voided. q98 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns.
q98 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and met part of the requirements, q98 will assess each situation individually and communicate directly with affected players.
